We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This role requires a highly initiative-driven individual who excels at problem-solving and is skilled at managing all aspects of warehousing, including inventory control, staff supervision, and process optimization. The ideal candidate is resourceful, solutions-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards across all warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products.
• Implement effective inventory management practices to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and minimize discrepancies. Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve accuracy in warehouse operations. Continuously seek ways to optimize workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals, maintain productivity, and uphold safety standards. Provide ongoing coaching and development to build a high-performing team.
• Act as a hands-on problem solver, addressing issues in real time and finding creative solutions to operational challenges. Demonstrate high initiative to proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, legal regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular safety training and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. Prepare regular reports for senior management, identifying trends and improvement areas.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment, and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to support operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
•  Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain roles.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of resourceful decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive operational improvements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on motivating and developing team members.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.

Work Schedule: 

• Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
