• Supervise and lead warehouse personnel, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance interdepartmental communication.
• Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse organization and cleanliness, fostering a safe working environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Preferably a bachelor's degree and a resident / renter in Davao City
• Knowledgeable in Inventory Management and proficient in MS office
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with proactive leadership style
• Willing to travel and can work for longer hours
