Description

  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
  • Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.
  • Communicate job expectations to warehouse employees and provide coaching.
  • Determine staffing levels and assign workloads.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellence in receiving, identifying, dospatching, and assuring the quality of goods.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
  • Knowledge of warehouse software packages and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
