Description

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and dispatch.
  • Oversee accurate recording of incoming and outgoing materials using Quickbooks systems.
  • Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
  • Ensure all materials are properly stored according to existing standards of the company.
  • Coordinate with procurement and other departments involved to ensure timely availability of required materials.
  • Enforce health and safety procedures and ensure compliance to ISO standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on inventory status and materials movement.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related course.
  • At least 5 year's of experience in warehouse supervision.
  • Preferably with strong knowledge of mechanical and civil materials and their handling/storage requirements.
