About the role



AHD Advance Communication System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team in Makati City Metro Manila. As a full-time Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse facility, ensuring the efficient and effective management of inventory, storage, and distribution.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including order pickers, forklift operators, and inventory control personnel

• Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods

• Monitor inventory levels, identify and address discrepancies, and implement inventory control measures

• Oversee the maintenance of the warehouse facility, equipment, and tools to ensure safety and productivity

• Liaise with the logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers

• Analyse warehouse performance data and provide recommendations for improvements

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry. Experience in Telecommunication industry is a plus

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and data analysis tools

• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehousing industry
