  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff performance.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely deliveries.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock levels.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; adept at handling personnel and fostering teamwork.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment; may require lifting and extended periods of standing.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of motivating a team to meet operational goals.
