Prepare croissant dough, filings, and ingredients as per recipes and quality standards.
Follow production workflow to meet daily demand efficiently.
Monitor ingredient levels, report shortages, and maintain optimal stock.
Maintain a clean, safe commissary following food and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with the team for ingredient coordination and production consistency.
Assist in packing and labeling products accurately for proper storage.
Monitor equipment, report issues, and help with maintenance.
Minimize food waste while ensuring product quality.
Follow safety protocols for equipment and utensils.
Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Finished high school or any vocational graduate.
At least two (2) years of work experience in the same role, in the same capacity.
Proven experience in kitchen assistance.
Understand food safety practices.
Ability to multi-task and manage requests on a timely manner.
Ability to work with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
Performs responsibility with Tenacity.
Must be honest and truthful.
Adaptable and willing to learn.
Team-spirit and customer-focused attitude.
Can follow verbal and written instructions.
Must be physically fit
Can lift 50+ pounds of goods/boxes of deliveries.
Candidate must be willing to work around Metro Manila.
