Warehouse Assistant

Job Description
- Receive and review incoming power equipment deliveries in coordination with the warehouse team.
- Inspect shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with delivery personnel and report discrepancies as needed.
- Support power-related POCs in the warehouse prior to deployment.
- Organize, store, and maintain accurate records of power equipment inventory.
- Optimize returned power spares and categorize equipment (e.g., VRLA batteries, diesel generators, AC panel sets) for efficient utilization.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and warehouse standards.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparation of power equipment for storage or distribution.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support other warehouse-related activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification in Electrical/Electronic/Radio-related fields preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in power management or warehouse inventory handling.
- Strong understanding of power systems and warehouse processes.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems/software.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to power systems.
