- Assist in receiving, processing, and storing inventory.
- Ensure accurate picking and packing of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, ability to handle personnel effectively, financial literacy, and capability in staff coaching.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment requiring physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, proactive, excellent communication skills, and a team player.
