Job Brief: Responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of construction materials.
Duties include maintaining inventory records, ensuring the safe handling of materials, and coordinating the supply of materials to various parts of the site as needed.
Adhere to safety regulations and may also be required to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
It's a role that requires attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Maintain inventory records and ensure the accuracy of stock levels.
Operate an accounting system to manage the flow of materials.
Prepare material orders and oversee the receiving, reviewing, and storing of supplies.
Ensure the safe and secure storage of all construction materials and tools.
Conduct regular performance reviews of the warehouse operations.
Assist in budgeting and financial management of construction project resources.Implement and maintain quality control standards for warehouse operations.
Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel related to the construction site.
Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment in the warehouse area.
Main Office Located at, Cainta, Rizal.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree / High school diploma or equivalent education.
proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar field.
Forklift certification or willingness to undergo training.
Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
Good communication skills and the ability to cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
Adherence to safety standards and compliance with regulations.
Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
