Description
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and coordinate workflows.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
- Prepare reports on inventory, shipments, and order fulfillment.
- Assist in training warehouse staff and ensuring safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and shipping partners.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration or related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in warehouse or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Excel; ability to perform heavy lifting; strong organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage inventory, track shipments, maintain records, and assist in logistical operations.
- Working Conditions: Requires physical stamina; may involve working in fast-paced environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
