Description
- Welcome and greet customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve dishes and beverages promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist in training new staff as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong customer-oriented focus, quick service restaurant experience, and effective waitering abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant setting with standing for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
