Position Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated dining staff for JT's Manukan Grill Restaurant to provide exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and hospitality, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and provide menus. Respond to guest inquiries and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Food and Beverage Service: Take orders accurately and efficiently, serve food and beverages, and ensure all items meet quality standards.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Assist with washing dishes and utensils as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow dining team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices.
• Inventory Management: Assist in stocking supplies and inventory management as required.

Qualifications:

• Senior high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a dining or customer service role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
