- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using a POS system.
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for dining experiences.
- Assist in menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients.
- Handle payments and manage cash register transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cooking, cashiering, and excellent communication skills in English.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented, friendly, team player, and eager to learn.
