Description
- Greet and welcome guests with excellent customer service.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and daily specials.
- Ensure a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle payments and manage cash transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Assist with setup and cleanup of dining space.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a quick service restaurant.
- Skills and Competencies: Proven customer-oriented approach, strong waitering skills, and excellent hospitality abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require extended hours on foot.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, teamwork oriented, and ability to handle pressure.
