Description
- Provide excellent customer service and enhance the dining experience.
- Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in quick service restaurant operations, exceptional hospitality skills, waitering expertise, and customer management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with varying shifts, often requiring standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, team player, and ability to multitask.
