1. Responsible for the company’s brand creativity and upgrades, enhancing brand recognition and image.
2. Execute daily visual design tasks, using color, graphics, typography, and other visual elements to convey information; deliver high-quality designs and ensure their implementation.
3. Participate in daily visual creative ideation and ensure concepts are feasible and executable.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of Brand VI (Visual Identity) guidelines, ensuring brand consistency, usability, and scalability; promote design quality improvements and drive standardization.
5. Possess strong communication skills and discipline, enabling efficient collaboration within the design team and across departments.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or a related field; industry experience preferred.
2. Solid fine arts fundamentals and excellent aesthetic judgment; keenly follow domestic and international visual design trends and consistently produce creative solutions that meet product requirements.
3. Extensive brand visual design experience, with a systematic understanding of Brand VI and a portfolio of mature design works.
4. Proficient in at least one or two of the following: motion design software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop), 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender), or design tools (Figma, Sketch).
5. Familiar with current design trends, with strong aesthetic sensibility and presentation skills; innovative, proactive, passionate, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Assist the operations team with social media poster and promotional graphic design.
Compensation and Location:
• RMB 10,000/month; two-day weekends; on-site in Shenzhen.
