About the Role:

We’re hiring a Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant to support a high-performing real estate team. This role is perfect for someone who’s creative, organized, and experienced in growing brands online—especially in the real estate space. You'll be in charge of managing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, helping generate leads and boost visibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule daily content across all major social media platforms
  • Design graphics, write captions, and coordinate content calendars
  • Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, videos, blogs) into social media posts
  • Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
  • Engage with followers (reply to comments and DMs professionally)
  • Track performance analytics and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement
  • Assist with basic marketing tasks like newsletters, blog posts, and website updates
  • Research trends, hashtags, and competitor content


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media and digital marketing
  • Strong written English and communication skills
  • Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva Video, InShot, or similar)
  • Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to take initiative
  • Must be able to work during U.S. business hours
  • Reliable internet and backup power are a must


Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):

  • Experience working with real estate professionals or real estate marketing
  • Email marketing (Mailchimp, Flodesk, or similar)
  • Experience with social media management tools (Later, Buffer, Metricool)
  • Basic understanding of branding and real estate lead generation
