Input and manage company data
Conduct basic communication with clients or business partners via chat, email, or phone.
Assist in managing social media (posting content, responding to comments/messages, updating information).
Create daily, weekly, or monthly reports as needed by the supervisor.
Prepare documents, presentations, or other administrative materials.
Provide simple research support (finding information, suppliers, or business references).
Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Minimum education of high school/vocational school (preferably D3/S1 in any major).
Experience as an admin/VA/customer service is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online work support applications.
Familiar with social media and marketplaces (understanding of digital marketing is a plus).
Disciplined, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and manage time effectively.
Communicative and responsive in online coordination.
