Description

  • Inputting and updating data into the specified system or database.
  • Checking and ensuring data accuracy before and after input.
  • Organizing digital files and maintaining the order of folders/cloud storage.
  • Regularly backing up data to prevent information loss.
  • Managing and verifying data from various sources.
  • Coordinating with other teams online for data validation and clarification.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of company data and information.

Requirements

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school; D3/bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data entry tools.
  • Able to work independently, quickly, and accurately.
  • Communicative and familiar with online communication tools.
  • Must have personal work equipment (laptop/computer) and a stable internet connection.
