About the Role

NextSphere is seeking a skilled Video Designer / Editor to create high-quality, engaging video content for clients on a contract basis. This fully remote role leverages both creative expertise and AI-powered tools to produce polished videos efficiently. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to deliver projects that meet client goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform client and in-house briefs into visually compelling videos.
• Produce UGC-style and branded video content using AI tools and creative expertise.
• Conceptualize, script, and independently edit videos with minimal supervision.
• Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to refine concepts and maintain brand consistency.
• Keep up-to-date with video editing trends, AI innovations, and motion design techniques.

Qualifications / Skills

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional video design and editing experience.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating UGC content creation and editing expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in AI-powered tools, including Nano Banana, Eleven Labs, Midjourney, Runway, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro AI, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, CutPro, and CapCut AI.
• Strong skills in motion graphics, animation design, visual storytelling, and asset sourcing.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and deliver polished outputs on deadlines.
• Adaptable, tech-savvy, and collaborative in remote team environments.

Contract Details

• This is a contracted freelance engagement, not employment.
• The contractor is responsible for their own taxes and contributions.
• Payment is project-based or monthly, as agreed in the contract.
• Contract duration and scope of work will be clearly defined in the service agreement.
