Job Description
- Maintaining routine check up of general maintenance work
- Addressing issues on electrical, plumbing, carpentry
- Installing and assembling various fixtures including shelving, cabinets, toilets and ceiling fans.
- Applying paint, wallpaper, and performing minor carpentry tasks like building shelves.
- Assessing and identifying maintenance problems and reporting issues with equipment and appliances.
