EAGLE EXPRESS LINES AS AGENT OF RCL SOUTH PHILS. - Housekeeper and Messenger

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspection, repair, and upkeep of office facilities, equipment, and utilities.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the office premises and surrounding areas.
• Monitor and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Coordinate with contractors or technicians for major repairs and installations.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and maintenance materials.
• Process and deliver company documents to government offices, banks, and other external institutions.
• Handle pick-up and delivery of official correspondence, bills, and payments.
• Maintain records of all liaison transactions and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Assist in errands and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course in related field; College level preferred.
• With experience in maintenance and liaison work (at least 1 year preferred).
• Physically fit and willing to do fieldwork.
• With valid driver’s license and motor vehicle.
• Trustworthy, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
