- 分析全球市场（美国、东南亚、中东）用户行为、文化和痛点，打造用户画像与场景化体验策略。
- 通过用户研究、A/B 测试和竞品分析，优化产品体验，提高转化率和留存率。
- 主导全球电商平台（Web/App）的交互与视觉设计，输出高保真原型、设计规范和文档。
- 持续关注全球设计趋势，确保本地化设计的合理性，兼顾一致性与区域差异。
- 与产品、技术、营销团队紧密合作，推动以用户为中心的设计方案落地，并符合业务目标。
- 主动识别产品需求，提出创新的用户体验设计思路，并推动执行。
