• Independently oversee the UI design for complex product modules or entire product lines, delivering user flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity visual designs, and design specifications. • Apply design thinking informed by user research, business objectives, and data insights to propose innovative interaction solutions and product optimization recommendations. • Plan and define the product’s information architecture, user workflows, and interaction details, then continuously validate and iterate designs through usability testing and other methods. • Collaborate with user researchers to understand user pain points and work closely with development engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation of designs and technical feasibility. • Champion the adoption of user-centered design processes and methodologies within the team and projects to elevate the overall user experience quality.
