Description
- Safely operate and drive a heavy truck on assigned routes.
- Transport goods and materials to specified destinations.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the vehicle.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and deliveries.
- Adhere to safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.
Requirements
- Job Title: Truck Driver
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School Diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of driving experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong driving skills, knowledge of road transportation regulations, and attention to safety.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Transport goods efficiently, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain accurate logs.
- Working Conditions: Frequent long hours on the road, varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliability, good communication, and problem-solving abilities.
