Remote Travel Sales Consultant

At Fayyaz Travels, we believe that a great journey begins the moment a client starts planning. We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Travel Consultant to join our sales team and help us craft bespoke travel experiences that clients will cherish forever.


This isn't a role for a beginner; we need a professional who can hit the ground running.

The Role and Your Responsibilities


This is a full-time, end-to-end sales position. You'll be given leads and be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from the initial consultation to final booking. Your day will be spent on the phone, via email, and on video calls, expertly crafting and selling custom itineraries based on your clients' needs and budget.


  • You will consult and create bespoke journeys. This means understanding a client's requirements to design comprehensive land packages that include tours, accommodations, and transfers.
  • You will sell and advise. You'll use your sales acumen to propose and sell travel packages to a mix of clients, including individuals, families, and corporate groups.
  • You will solve problems. You'll be the primary point of contact for your clients and must be a proactive, resourceful problem-solver who can handle any logistical issues that arise.
  • You will collaborate. You'll be a key part of our remote sales team, participating in daily check-ins and huddles to meet targets and contribute to our overall success.


What We're Looking For

You are a seasoned travel professional with a strong track record of sales success. You are detail-oriented, resourceful, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.


  • You have at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in a similar sales role within the travel industry. Your background must include directly selling and managing tour packages, coordinating and negotiating with DMCs on land-based travel, and bespoke itineraries.
  • You are a sales-driven professional. You are comfortable with sales targets and motivated by results. You are skilled at turning inquiries into confirmed bookings and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.
  • You have a very strong command of English, both written and spoken. The ability to speak and write in Mandarin is a massive plus.
  • You are an exceptional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. You are comfortable speaking to clients on video calls and handling complex situations over the phone.
  • Experience in selling European itineraries is a huge plus. We are actively looking for someone who can step into a senior position selling travel to Europe, but we're also open to those with deep expertise in other regions.
  • You are independent, resourceful, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. You can think on your feet and take initiative.
