A Training Manager is responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees’ skills and performance. They monitor training program effectiveness, manage budgets, and stay updated on training trends.

This role requires a deep understanding of the poultry industry, including farming operations, biosecurity, animal welfare, food safety, and regulatory compliance. The Training Manager works closely with leadership to ensure the workforce is well trained to meet the organization’s goals and industry standards.

• From the Food and FMCG Industries 
• Preferably from Poultry Farms and Dressing Plants
• Highly Trainable and the learning curve is shortest
• Must be in their 30's and 40s
• Must be a long-term candidate and has no plans of studying and working abroad now and in the future
• Mature or a right-mix for our current management team
• Must be mobile and in excellent health
