Description
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
- Develop training materials and resources in various formats.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with organizational goals.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions both in-person and online.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2-4 years in training and development roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in learning management systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Design and implement training programs, assess employee performance, and gather feedback.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for training sessions.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about employee growth.
