Job Description
- Conduct in-person and virtual training on sales techniques, product knowledge, negotiation, and financial planning
- Use diverse training methods like role-playing, case studies, and interactive exercises to enhance learning
- Collaborate with sales managers to assess performance gaps and prioritize training initiatives
- Design and create training materials, manuals, presentations, and online modules
- Stay updated on industry trends to improve training programs
- Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments
- Provide coaching to sales professionals for skill improvement and continuous growth
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and progress
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Management or Marketing, or any business related courses
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Honest, trustworthy/committed, focused, result-oriented, with administration skills
- Must be able to perform varied clerical work, understand and carry out oral and written instructions, communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Experience in Marketing and Training in Life Insurance Industry is a plus
