- Design and develop training programs and materials that are clear and address both company and employee needs.
- Conduct engaging training workshops, both in-person and online.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training by assessing its impact and gathering participant feedback.
- Work with HR to ensure the training aligns with company goals and employee development plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends to keep training methods relevant.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience Level: Experience in training or a similar role required; experience in an educational setting is a plus
- Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, patient, approachable, and committed to lifelong learning.
