- Maintain accurate attendance records and manage time reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding timekeeping.
- Assist in payroll processing by providing timely updates.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding time-related inquiries.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in time logs.
- Implement and uphold timekeeping procedures.
- Education degree not required
- Less than 1 year of experience in a relevant role
- Proficiency in recruiting and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate time records, assist in recruitment processes, and support employee engagement.
- Office environment with standard working hours.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, strong communication skills, and a team player.
