URGENT HIRING!!! New Change Group of Companies (NCGOC) is in need of a TIMEKEEPER in a PNR Construction Site in Pandacan, Manila.

Responsibilities

• Time and attendance tracking: Recording employee start and end times, breaks, and other attendance-related information.
• Timesheet verification: Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of employee timesheets, ensuring all hours are accounted for.
• Payroll processing: Compiling time and attendance data for payroll, which includes computing wages, processing deductions, and ensuring employees are paid correctly.
• Leave management: Processing and tracking employee requests for time off, such as vacation or sick leave.
• Discrepancy resolution: Investigating and correcting any errors or unusual entries on timesheets.
• Reporting: Generating and submitting reports on timekeeping, attendance, and payroll activity to management or the accounting department.
• A construction timekeeper may monitor labor hours on a job site, verify worker presence, check for safety compliance, and handle project-specific data entry.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of any 4 year courses
• Experience in handling timekeeping tasks in a construction site.
• Has a good communication skills
• Must have 1 years work related experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Willing to work on field to collect DTRs in different sites in Manila
• Will report on site (Pandacan Manila)
• Preferably candidates from nearby areas
