Description
- Conduct training programs and workshops for TikTok Live hosts
- Develop and implement sales techniques and engagement strategies
- Monitor and evaluate live sessions, providing actionable feedback
- Create training materials, scripts, and best practice guidelines
- Stay updated with TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and audience behavior
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align live-selling strategies
Requirements
- Expertise in TikTok Live Selling, E-commerce, and Conversion Optimization
- Proven ability in Sales Training, Coaching, and Audience Engagement
- Strong Communication, Public Speaking, and Content Strategy skills
- A data-driven approach to Performance Analytics and Optimization
- Up-to-date with TikTok Trends, Algorithms, and Social Media Marketing
- Strong leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Willing to work on-site in Pasay City
