Key Responsibilities:

· Test Planning and Management:

o Create a Master Test Plan, resource planning, effort estimation, and high-level test scenarios aligned with the BDO ITG Quality Framework.

o Review detailed test scenarios and test scripts made by testers.

· Testing and Reporting:

o Oversee overall testing activity from System Integration Testing (SIT) to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including reporting to the project team.

o Identify, document, and track defects and issues in a clear and concise manner.

o Verify fixes and ensure that testing is thorough and complete before sign-off.

o Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders.

· Collaboration and Quality Assurance:

o Work closely with developers and stakeholders to understand application requirements and business processes.

o Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

o Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.

· Testing Activities:

o Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT).

o Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with end-user training and support as needed.
