• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), developing automation scripts and tools in TypeScript/Node.js • Manage containerized infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure high availability and elastic scalability • Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry) for real-time performance tracking and error logging • Oversee network configuration and database operations (PostgreSQL), including load balancing, DNS management, backup and recovery, and performance tuning • Develop automated test scripts (Selenium, Cypress) and execute functional testing, API testing (Postman), and regression testing • Conduct smart contract testing using Move (and potentially Rust), with familiarity in SUI features • Perform performance testing (JMeter, Gatling), identify bottlenecks, and drive optimization efforts • Manage test cases and defect tracking (JIRA), establishing standardized testing processes • Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) to provision and configure cloud environments automatically • Troubleshoot system failures, collaborate with development teams on code quality reviews (SonarQube), and author operations documentation and test reports Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree from a “211” or “985” institution • Minimum 3 years of DevOps or QA experience; combined DevOps + QA background preferred • Proficiency with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry) • Solid understanding of network setup and PostgreSQL administration, including HA configurations, backup/recovery, and performance optimization • Strong TypeScript/Node.js scripting skills for automation and tooling • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and API testing (Postman) • Expertise in performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) for load and stress testing • Linux system administration, shell scripting, and Git version control for configuration management and troubleshooting • Knowledge of DeFi concepts, including DEX operations, liquidity mechanisms, and trading workflows • Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong documentation skills, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in operations and testing at large-scale Internet companies • Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP DevOps Engineer) or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD) • ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification • Web3/blockchain project experience, especially Ethereum smart contract testing (Hardhat, Foundry) or node operations • Background in large-scale system administration or high-concurrency testing • High TOEFL or IELTS scores and strong English communication skills Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Flexible working hours and remote work options • Opportunities for professional growth and exploration of cutting-edge technologies • Open, inclusive team culture with flat management and a strong emphasis on individual development
