Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Test Engineer to take full responsibility for testing our web, mobile, and game products. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to design and execute black-box and white-box testing strategies, ensuring complete functionality, stable performance, and a consistent cross-platform experience.

This role involves writing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts, as well as assisting in the setup and optimization of our test automation framework to enhance efficiency and standardization. You will also engage deeply in defect management and issue tracking, constantly driving product quality improvements and elevating the overall user and player experience. Candidates with strong collaboration skills, real-world testing scenario expertise, multi-platform testing capabilities, or an automation background are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

· Design and execute black-box and white-box tests based on product requirements to verify functional completeness and code logic accuracy.

· Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts covering web, mobile, and game clients.

· Work closely with product managers and development teams to assess testability of requirements and identify potential issues early.

· Perform functional, regression, compatibility, and performance testing to ensure product stability at launch.

· Assist in building and optimizing testing tools and automation frameworks to standardize and automate test processes.

· Participate in defect management and issue tracking, driving issues to resolution.

· Continuously improve product quality and user experience based on player or user feedback.

Position Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of testing experience; experience at a gaming or Internet company is a plus.

· Proficient in black-box testing methodologies (equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, scenario coverage) and white-box testing techniques (logic coverage, branch coverage).

· Hands-on experience with at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman).

· Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) to write test scripts.

· Familiarity with Git, JIRA, TestRail, Jenkins, and other common testing tools.

· Strong logical thinking, communication, and problem-analysis skills; a passion for gaming and a player’s perspective are highly valued.

Bonus Points If You Also Have:

1. Experience testing large-scale games (MMORPG, MOBA, strategy titles).

2. Familiarity with development and testing workflows in Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar game engines.

3. Experience in overseas project testing or multi-platform/multi-terminal testing.

4. Background in DevOps/CI pipelines.
