JOB PURPOSE:

Offer or promote services and provide cargo transportation solution to client particularly in social media with the goal of maximizing profit and maintaining customer satisfaction.

JOB SCOPE:

1. Monitor and respond to inquiries of clients coming from the digital platform.
2. Understand customer needs and requirements.
3. Call out client’s leads through the platform being utilized by the company.
4. Developing a plan to achieve sales target.
5. Prepares daily sales activity report.
6. Provide rate proposal to prospect clients and ensure follow through.
7. Prepares weekly Sales Performance report.
8. Involve and/or participate sales strategy planning with Immediate Superior.
9. Actively seeking out new sales opportunity daily through networking, social media, etc.
10. Setting up meetings with potential client and getting their cargo handling needs.
11. Represent the Company in negotiating/close deals and building business relationship with client.
12. Monitor transactions generated and submit sales report to Immediate Superior.
