We are seeking team members to conduct cold calls to IT companies in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia to secure subcontracted software development projects. This initial engagement includes the following terms:

  • Target Companies: IT firms in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia
  • Call Objective: To present our software development capabilities and services
  • Extension Potential: Continued engagement may be offered based on performance
  • Work Location: Up to two on-site visits to our Ortigas office may be required (optional)

Working Hours & Compensation

  • Estimated Hours: 40–52 hours per month (Weekdays, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
  • Shift Structure: One shift = four hours; up to 10–13 shifts per month
  • Rate: PHP 500 per hour
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 22nd–5th cutoff → Paid on the 15th of the month
    • 6th–21st cutoff → Paid on the 30th of the month

Work Expectations & Evaluation

  • Probation: First three shifts (12 hours total)
    • If no appointments are secured during probation, the contract will not be renewed (probation hours are paid).
  • Call Quota per Shift:
    • 1st Shift: 100 calls
    • 2nd Shift: 200 calls
    • 3rd Shift: 200 calls
  • Post-Probation Quota: 25 calls per hour
    • Unused time may be allocated to lead outreach via email or social media.
  • Performance Reviews: Every five shifts
    • If the average number of appointments per shift is below one, the contract will not be renewed (e.g., fewer than five appointments over five shifts).

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads via outbound calls to introduce services
  • Prepare and qualify lead lists based on predefined criteria
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Conduct follow-up calls as needed
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and call scripts for process optimization

Qualifications

  • Experience in call centers, telemarketing, or sales (minimum six months BPO experience preferred)
  • Strong verbal English communication skills (persuasive and personable phone presence)
  • IT background (degree or practical development experience is a plus)
  • Results-driven mindset with persistence in achieving targets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with multitasking ability
  • Experience using CRM systems or similar tools
