Description

  • Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential or existing customers to introduce products, services, or offers.
  • Sales Generation: Persuade customers to purchase or sign up for products/services, meeting sales quotas and targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Data Entry and Documentation: Record relevant information from calls (e.g., customer details, objections, and responses) in the company’s CRM system or database.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate benefits and address customer queries.
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to prospective customers who have not expressed prior interest in the product/service.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up appointments for sales representatives or other departments when necessary.
  • Objection Handling: Address customer concerns or objections in a professional manner and provide solutions to move the conversation forward.

Requirements

  1. At least 1 year experience in telemarketer
  2. Good communication, negotiation, and persuading skills
  3. Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree
