Job Description
- Examine, identify, and fix small appliances with electrical or electronic components, such as rice cookers, ovens, microwaves, coffee makers, and blenders.
- To guarantee the best possible performance from your appliances, do preventive maintenance.
- Using testing equipment and hand tools, replace or fix damaged parts.
- Create service reports that include the components used, repairs, and time spent on each task.
- Give clients technical advice and direction on how to maintain and use their appliances.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
