REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are conversational and proficient level in Mandarin & English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and any related courses.
• Open to undergraduates with strong relevant IT experience.
• Knowledgeable in JMS, Applications Support, and can navigate Systems, Websites, and Applications.
• Knowledgeable in Data Analysis and Data Monitoring.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Mandarin IT Specialist is responsible for communicating with the China Team Developers for any developments.
• Coordinate with the China Team developers regarding the functions to be requested.
• Coordinate with External RPA Supplier
• Coordinates with Chinese counterparts to support the resolution of FineBI-related tasks.
• Provides support in generating reports used for performance monitoring and assessments.
