- Provide technical assistance, manage customer relations, execute pre-sale and after-sale support, and conduct demand analysis.
- Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Document and track all support interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in technical support preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management, Sales Training, Excellent Communication, Teamwork, Sales Management, Relationship Building, Pre-Sale and After-Sales Technical Support, and Pre-Sale Demand Analysis.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work; typical business hours.
