Job Overview

Provide onsite technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The role requires strong experience in networking and firewall technologies, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and the ability to guide or lead junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and technical support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and firewall-related issues
• Configure, monitor, and support network devices and firewall systems
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers or team members
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards

Qualifications

• Education: At least 2nd Year College Completed or College Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in networking and firewall support
• Leadership: At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Cisco Certification or Security Certifications (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, FortiGate) preferred but not required
• Stable employment history
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City on a shifting schedule
