Job Responsibilities:
Performing recruitment duties including sourcing, screening, conducting initial or phone interviews, and providing and monitoring qualified candidates for various openings.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 years up experience in IT recruiting.
Passion for the recruitment process and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
