About the role



We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team at Total Information Management Corp.' Based in Makati City Metro Manila, this full-time role will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top technology talent to support our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for technical roles across the organisation

• Screen and evaluate candidates to assess their skills, experience and fit for open positions

• Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to ensure candidates meet the requirements of the role

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process

• Maintain detailed records and provide recruitment reports on a regular basis

• Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, best practices and technologies

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the IT/technology industry

• Strong understanding of the latest recruiting methodologies and technologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers

• Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening and placing qualified technical candidates

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices related to recruitment
