Hiring: Technical Delivery Manager
Clark, Pampanga | Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)
We're looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead a Philippine-based development team supporting a mission-critical EHR system for U.S. healthcare clients. This role requires strong Agile experience, technical leadership, and partial U.S. timezone overlap.
- Lead and mentor the dev team
- Run Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprints, retros)
- Ensure on-time delivery of features and support
- Align output with U.S. business priorities
- Conduct code reviews; support QA & DevOps
Requirements
- BS in CS, IT, or related field
- 5+ yrs software/dev management experience
- 2+ yrs managing offshore teams
- Agile/Scrum + Jira/Confluence proficiency
- Strong English communication; U.S. client experience
- EHR, HL7/FHIR & HIPAA knowledge is a plus
Work Setup
- Hybrid – Clark, Pampanga (2–3 days onsite)
- Partial U.S. timezone overlap required
