Description
- Manage daily general ledger activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills, attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare monthly financial statements, manage ledger reconciliation, ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; potential for occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Organized, reliable, proactive, able to work independently and in a team.
