  • Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment process for multiple roles across various departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms (job boards, social media, networking, etc.)
  • Manage candidate pipelines and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, ensuring that hiring timelines and goals are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment preferably in a project-based or contract role
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment in niche roles, specifically in IT/IT Solutions Integrator Industries.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and interview techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in using recruitment tools is an advantage, but not required.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field is a plus.
