- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain candidate records.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, typical 9-5 hours, potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player with a passion for recruitment.
